Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Employment Attorney in Irvine, CA. Duties

  • Provide legal representation and counsel clients on employment law issues.

Requirements

  • J.D. and active California Bar license.
  • 7-10+ years of attorney experience.
  • Experience in Employment Law and/or Employment Litigation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients on various topics.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Education

  • Graduate degree in law.

Certifications

  • Active California Bar license.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage caseloads.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • Experience with ProLaw or similar billing and document management programs preferred.
