Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 4+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in the following areas: Real estate financing transactions; Real estate acquisitions and dispositions; Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents; Commercial lease transactions; Zoning, land use, and condominiums.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials are needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff needed. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
