Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate must have experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.). Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair) is required. Experience handling discovery for complex matters is needed. Experience in preparing cases for trial is essential. Must have experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts. Georgia Bar admission is required.

The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and meet deadlines are needed.
