Job Overview:

The Corporate Securities/Capital Markets Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel on securities and capital markets matters, including public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance requirements, and debt and equity markets transactions. The candidate must possess excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on securities and capital markets transactions.
  • Advise on public company reporting obligations and compliance with SEC regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for public securities offerings.
  • Conduct due diligence and lead due diligence teams.
  • Manage specialists involved in securities and capital markets matters.
  • Draft legal documents related to securities and capital markets transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.
