Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions.
• Preferred experience in project and energy financing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Washington, DC, or Texas, depending on office location.
