A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in managing complex commercial litigation disputes for high-profile clients.

Duties:

• Draft and review a variety of legal documents and correspondence, including pleadings, proposed orders, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare for, attend, and/or conduct hearings, trials, mediations, or depositions as required.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigations to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel to advance case objectives.
• Manage complex commercial litigation disputes for high-profile clients, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
