Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, and major law firm experience is preferred.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence to support client cases.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.

Requirements:
