Duties

• Develop strategy and draft pleadings for employment litigation cases.
• Defend depositions and argue motions in court.
• Provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment statutes.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in PA and NJ.
• Experience with employment-related policies and agreements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills
