Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate to join its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in complex employment-related litigation, including discovery and motion practice. Duties

  • Engage in complex employment-related litigation.
  • Conduct extensive discovery and motion practice.
  • Assist with general employment counseling, including wage and hour matters.
  • Review and advise on employment policies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Experience with trade secret/restrictive covenant matters preferred.
  • Familiarity with class litigation valued.
  • Active member of the Pennsylvania bar or eligible for admission.
