Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a skilled Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of successful outcomes. This role involves strategizing and managing litigation cases, collaborating with staff and management, and contributing to the development of procedures and standards to optimize case outcomes and team performance.

Job Duties:

• Try several cases a year in personal injury litigation.
• Strategize and collaborate with staff on litigation cases to develop effective legal strategies.
• Work with management to establish procedures and standards aimed at maximizing case outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement training and development paths for staff.
• Work closely with management to cultivate an outstanding litigation team.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets.
• Utilize extensive litigation experience to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about recent trends and legal changes affecting personal injury practicing procedures.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, demonstrating a desire to positively impact colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Demonstrated success in personal injury litigation with a track record of favorable outcomes.
• Valid FL State Bar license.
• Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes impacting personal injury practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
