A law firm in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and a strong grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.

 

Job Overview:

  • Handle plaintiff litigation cases from pre-suit through trial and arbitration stages.
  • Utilize extensive litigation experience on the plaintiff side in Florida Circuit courts.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
  • Develop and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations.
  • Demonstrate strong will, determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and ambition for success.

 

Duties:

  • Manage plaintiff litigation cases from pre-suit through trial and arbitration stages.
  • Utilize extensive litigation experience on the plaintiff side in Florida Circuit courts.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
  • Develop and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Trial experience.
  • Extensive litigation experience on the plaintiff side.
  • Strong grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Ability to conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Strong determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and ambition.
