Job Overview:

• Handle windshield cases from litigation through trial and collections.
• Utilize a strong grasp of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Evidence Code.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and participate in trials.

Duties:

• Manage windshield cases from litigation through trial and collections.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Evidence Code.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and participate in trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience litigating civil cases.
• Juris Doctorate.
• Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong grasp of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Evidence Code.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Strategic legal thinking.
• Effective communication skills.
