Senior Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior toxic tort associate attorney with 5+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience. The candidate will be taking and defending expert and witness depositions. Will be drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters. Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties. Developing client relationships through oral and written communication. Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists. Must be Licensed in California. Experience in a billable work environment is required.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline. Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail are required.

This California-based firm is more than 17 years old with 28 attorneys in three offices. Some of the firm's practice areas consist of product liability, environmental litigation, and construction defect litigation.
