A law firm in Houston, TX is seeking a qualified Mid-level Private Investment Funds Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in fund formation to join their team. The ideal candidate should be adept at drafting and reviewing private offering materials and must be admitted to the State Bar.

Duties:

• Draft and review private offering materials for private fund managers.
• Provide legal advice on fund formation matters.
• Assist in the structuring and documentation of private investment funds.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment fund regulations.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the State Bar.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in fund formation.
• Strong understanding of private investment fund structures and regulations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
