Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft documents about divorce, child custody, child support, and adoptions.
• Represent clients effectively at return hearings and pretrial conferences.

Requirements:

• Must be an active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
