Duties:

Requirements:

  • Must be an active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in domestic law and litigation.
  • Excellent verbal and legal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
