Fairfax office of our client seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 2-5 years of relevant litigation experience. The candidate will primarily focus on Family Law/Domestic Relations cases. Virginia State Bar admission is required.

The candidate should preferably have a working knowledge of family law and the rules of evidence. Should be able to proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end and have the ability to develop and argue legal positions persuasively, master complex subject matter, and thoroughly prepare cases. The ability to learn and accept constructive criticism is essential, as well as the ability to respond quickly and effectively in addressing client issues and questions. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and remain organized. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
