Duties:

  • Managing loan transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Providing legal advice and support on commercial finance matters.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to finance and transactional matters.
  • Collaborating with partners, associates, and clients to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
  • Experience in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Admission (or steps toward admission) in good standing with the applicable jurisdiction (Texas or New York).

Education:

Certifications:
