Finance Counsel

A law firm is seeking a Finance Counsel for its Dallas, TX, location. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice law in Texas and possess at least 10 years of experience in finance law, specifically in representing lenders or private equity sponsors in private credit or bank lending transactions and executing finance transactions and credit agreements. The role entails direct client contact, extensive business development opportunities, and training and team management responsibilities.

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
