A law firm in New York City, NY, seeks a skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated background in commercial real estate, specifically focusing on dirt law, including leasing, conveyancing, and design/construction/development. The candidate must have a strong academic record, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and be admitted and in good standing to practice in New York.

Duties

• Commercial Real Estate Transactions: Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, focusing on dirt law aspects such as leasing, conveyancing, and design/construction/development.
• Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and support on real estate matters to clients.
• Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in dirt law acquired at a New York City law firm.
