A law firm in New York City is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of big law experience. The ideal candidate will have played key roles in acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financings and must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 3-8 years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
