Duties

• Navigate union organizing campaigns effectively.
• Engage in high-stakes OSHA matters as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in labor relations and union matters.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active Bar Admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice.

Skills

• Superb research, writing, and communication skills.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Solid law firm or clerking experience.
