Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney in San Francisco, CA, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a firm of over 200 attorneys nationwide, emphasizing integrity, innovation, and excellence in client service.

Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials.

Requirements

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the California bar.
• 3+ years of experience handling employment litigation matters.
• Experience with federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
• Experience with investigations before various labor and human rights agencies.
• Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Exceptional writing, research, oral, and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California bar.
