Requirements:

  • Prior experience or interest in healthcare transactional work.
  • Experience in complementary areas of law is advantageous.
  • Previous employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills.
  • Admission to practice law in New York State.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
