Litigation Staff Attorney

A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney to join the litigation practice group. This position involves providing crucial support to the firm's litigation efforts.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff within the litigation practice group.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Manage and organize case files and relevant documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Previous experience in a litigation practice or related field.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent drafting and reviewing abilities for legal documents.
