Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level employment litigation associate for its Irvine, California office. The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly in wage and hour cases, including class/collective actions and PAGA cases.

Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in California.
• 4-7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
