A law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Environmental, Land Use, and Government Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing public sector clients, specializing in local government/municipal law and land use. The attorney will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the firm's success.

Duties:

• Participate in the representation of public sector clients, focusing on local government/municipal law and land use.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on environmental, land use, and government matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and handle negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in directly handling public sector clients.
• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Currently in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
