A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all phases of discovery, research, writing, and hearing support in complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.

Duties:

• Handle all phases of discovery in commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and writing.
• Provide hearing support as required.

• Utilize negotiation skills effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a large volume of cases efficiently.
• Good negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clerkship experience.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Georgia (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple cases effectively.
