Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks debt finance associate attorney with 3+ years of experience with debt finance transactions. The candidate will support colleagues from within the corporate group, and be expected to take a lead on many of the day-to-day tasks involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly, and will have a high degree of contact with clients, opposing counsel and other parties. Will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating commitment letters, loan agreements, security documents and other ancillary deliverables; conducting legal research, managing deal teams and processes from initial discussions through closing and post-closing matters; and managing and conducting due diligence. Handle an existing portfolio of corporate debt finance projects with the opportunity to continue to grow such practice with full support of the corporate group and the firm. Must be admitted to practice in New York.

The candidate must have strong time management skills, excellent drafting skills, and a strong professional presence.

The principal law office is based in New York. A second office is located in Pennsylvania. Practice areas are comprehensive.
