Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience

Old Bridge office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle their assigned cases independently and have experience in all facets of divorce and family law matters; occasional civil litigation. Will handle divorce matters from inception to conclusion, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements; filing of motions; prosecuting and defending domestic violence matters, trials, child support matters with a strong knowledge of the child support guidelines, completing a CIS; prepare various pleadings including complaints, motions, OTSC; appear at cover court appearances.

Must possess a strong work ethic. Excellent writing skills and the ability to work autonomously. Heavy client contact. Firm allows for remote/flexible work arrangements after the first 30 days. Remote attorneys are not required to be vaccinated.
