Location

Duties

• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda

• Handle discovery, including depositions

• Attend court hearings and settlement negotiations

• Assist with litigation matters for commercial clients, including in the casino sector

• Participate in real estate transactions and contract drafting

• Provide legal support across litigation and general business matters

Requirements

• Litigation experience required (experience via judicial clerkship in New Jersey State Court acceptable)

• Must be licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey

• Attorneys licensed in both New York and New Jersey may also be considered

• Willingness to handle diverse legal matters and learn new practice areas

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required

• Admission to the New York State Bar preferred (if applicable)
