Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to high-stakes plaintiff-side matters on both local and national scales, including cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, and commercial transportation accidents. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a passion for pursuing justice through litigation.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death cases

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

  • Draft compelling legal documents, including motions and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

  • Appear for court proceedings and depositions (both in-person and virtual as needed)

  • Collaborate with internal legal teams and external experts

  • Maintain case files and manage tasks using legal tech tools

  • Participate in client meetings and case evaluations

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Substantial experience handling catastrophic injury, malpractice, trucking, or product liability matters

  • Demonstrated trial and deposition experience preferred

  • Capable of managing litigation independently and meeting case deadlines

  • Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy

  • Availability for occasional travel related to in-person hearings or meetings

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in good standing (at least one state required; PA bar preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities

  • An analytical mindset and detail-oriented case management

  • Familiarity with modern legal software and remote collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable under pressure

  • Ability to work effectively in team-based settings
