This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters across various areas, including business litigation, insurance coverage and recovery, product liability, employment disputes, and regulatory litigation. Location:

  • Glastonbury, CT

Duties:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal court

  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations and strategy documents

  • Handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and client meetings

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, calendars, and time entries

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of litigation experience

  • Prior experience litigating in Connecticut state and/or federal courts

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Connecticut (required)
