As a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney, your role will be pivotal in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for drafting and managing complex leases with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of experience in commercial lease transactions, with a comprehensive understanding of both landlord and tenant perspectives, including retail, industrial, and office properties of all sizes. A JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York Bar is essential. Your excellent analytical and communication skills will be highly valued in this role.
