Duties:

• Participate actively in high-stakes individual, mass tort, and class action litigation

• Collaborate with trial teams to strategize and execute complex litigation tactics

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft substantive pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Prepare and argue motions in court

• Assist in discovery, including depositions and expert witness preparation

• Engage with clients and stakeholders on litigation strategy and case development

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of tort litigation experience, ideally in product liability, mass torts, or toxic/environmental litigation

• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to trial teams in complex litigation

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic credentials required
