Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience litigating bankruptcy, restructuring, or creditors’ rights matters.
  • Proficiency in the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions.
  • Extensive experience in motions practice, contested matters, and adversary proceedings.
  • Ability to think quickly and perform well under courtroom pressure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deposition-taking and preparation.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities.
