Job Overview:

The Bankruptcy and Business Reorganizations Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in handling Chapter 11 cases, demonstrating strong courtroom presence and exceptional organizational and writing abilities. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in a large firm setting.

Duties:

• Manage Chapter 11 cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients regarding bankruptcy and reorganization matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with creditors.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Stay updated on relevant bankruptcy laws, regulations, and precedents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chapter 11 cases, preferably within a large firm environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in a courtroom setting and handle complex legal matters independently.
