Anchorage office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intellectual property transactions attorney with 1-5 years of experience with high technology and IP-related transactions, including licensing agreements, M&A, or commercial agreements, or 1-5 years of experience in high technology patent prosecution or litigation. The candidate should preferably have a BS or MS degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Experience with privacy and data protection is desired. Membership in good standing in the AK, CA, DC, ID, MN, OR, UT, or WA Bars is required.

The candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Should have an uncompromising commitment to professional ethics, client service, and team success. Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to listen actively, think critically, and communicate complex concepts concisely to multiple audiences, are required. Must have excellent judgment and the ability to make clear decisions. Should be able to drive thoughtful, risk-optimized, solution-oriented legal advice weighing real and theoretical business risks to help the business make informed decisions. Strong contract drafting, collaboration, teaming, and negotiation skills are essential. A desire to develop client relationships is needed. Should be detail-oriented with the ability to produce client-ready documents.
