Insurance Defense Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury claims, property damage claims, and other civil litigation matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
• Manage caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Kentucky.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on insurance defense, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
