A law firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-5 years of solid experience in real estate transaction documentation from a peer law firm. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and outstanding business judgment. Admission to practice law in the State of New York is required. The Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling real estate transaction documentation, providing legal advice, conducting due diligence, and assisting with negotiations. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate law and excellent attention to detail.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence, including title searches and property inspections
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters
  • Assist with negotiations and closings
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the State of New York
  • 4-5 years of solid experience in real estate transaction documentation from a peer law firm
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and outstanding business judgment

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in the State of New York
