Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience

A law firm in Portland, OR, is seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on business transactions. The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years of experience in business transactional matters. While experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity financings, and private securities offerings is considered a valuable asset, it is not mandatory. The candidate should have strong academic credentials and be a member of the State Bar of Oregon or be eligible to waive into the bar.

Duties:

• Engage in various aspects of business transactional work.
• Collaborate with clients to provide legal counsel and support.
• Participate in M&A transactions, equity financings, and private securities offerings as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic guidance.
• Draft and review legal documents related to business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of business transactional experience.
