The candidate, with a minimum of 6 years of experience, will be responsible for supporting healthcare clients in their transactional needs, particularly in the acquisitions of physician and dental practices and the representation of behavioral health providers. The Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare clients with their transactional needs, focusing on physician and dental practice acquisitions and the representation of behavioral health providers. The candidate should possess a JD, a minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A transactions, and expertise with private equity funds and healthcare providers.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal support for healthcare clients in M&A transactions.
  • Handle acquisitions of physician and dental practices.
  • Represent behavioral health providers in legal matters.
  • Collaborate with private equity funds and healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrate additional experience or interest in behavioral health (a plus).
  • Ensure a high level of academic achievement and law firm experience.
  • Utilize superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

 

Requirements:

  • JD required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A transactions.
  • Experience with clients that are private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
  • Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is a plus.
