Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Corporate Investment Funds Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on matters related to private equity fund formation.

• Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund transactions.

Requirements:
