Lafayette office of our client seeks bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should be licensed to practice law in Indiana or Minnesota. Existing book of business is preferred. Must have track record representing debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings, workouts, distressed asset and debt acquisitions, and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. Solid comprehension of accounting and financial issues that affect restructuring transactions is essential. Must be comfortable and knowledgeable in commercial litigation and corresponding legal procedures, as well as on current developments in the law.

The candidate should have ability to manage a high volume of clients and cases with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Capability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail is needed. High moral character, hard-working, and practical is essential. Exceptional oral and written communication skills for use working internally with other team members and while advising clients is essential.
