Duties:

• Represent clients in high-net-worth divorce proceedings, custody and relocation cases, and other sensitive family law matters

• Conduct discovery, prepare legal briefs, and manage all phases of litigation from initiation through resolution

• Draft and negotiate pre-and post-nuptial agreements, custody plans, and support arrangements

• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop tailored case strategies

• Maintain compliance with firm procedures for billing and client communications

• Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner throughout emotionally charged legal processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with a strong background in family law

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex caseloads with minimal supervision

• Skilled in drafting legal pleadings, conducting client consultations, and managing case logistics

• Familiarity with legal billing platforms and document management systems

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

• Comfortable managing in-person obligations in a high-paced, in-office setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
