Mid-to-Senior Level Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Salt Lake City, UT is actively seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, possess excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. The position requires experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents, managing discovery, and conducting legal research and writing. The attorney will play a pivotal role in the firm's litigation practice. The individual is expected to bring a wealth of experience to the team, handling various aspects of civil litigation cases and contributing to the success of the firm.

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support case strategies.
• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Maintain effective communication with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
