The candidate should have a strong work ethic and an interest in commercial, business and construction litigation. Must have experience handling construction claims, including the review, prosecution or defense of surety claims, mechanic liens, construction defects and other construction-related claims, as well as experience in the review, drafting and/or negotiation of construction-related agreements.
