Commercial Litigation Attorney Needed for NJ Firm

Parsippany boutique litigation firm seeks senior associate attorney with commercial litigation experience. The candidate should have at least 7-16 years of experience and the ability to lead commercial disputes. Firm represents the largest insurance companies in commercial disputes and contractual issues with policyholders. Attorney will assume substantial responsibility for all aspects of case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and drafting coverage opinions. Experience in insurance policy analysis and litigating coverage disputes is preferred. Firm offers an excellent benefits package including 401k with employer matching.
