Duties

• Conduct thorough legal consultations for employment-based immigration matters.
• Manage cases from strategy development to filing with USCIS/DOL.
• Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and provide representation.
• Stay current on immigration law and policy changes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for accurate filings.
• Maintain accurate case notes and compliance with workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in handling NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, EB-5 cases.
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish.
• Proficiency in preparing clients for USCIS interviews.
• Knowledge of current immigration laws and policies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. state.
