A law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, a proven track record in handling complex commercial litigation matters, and the ability to develop winning litigation strategies.

• Develop winning litigation strategies and take critical depositions.
• Proficiently draft and persuasively argue dispositive motions and appeals.
• Prepare facts and expert witnesses for trial.

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in-office in Brooklyn, New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
